I have developed helpdeck, from the scratch, to learn more about Ruby on Rails, oauth and the twitter API. And the reason why I wanted to learn all this stuff was to became a Ruby on Rails developer. Well, it worked and now I'm working as Web Developer at <http://busk.com>;. Some friends liked this project very much so i decided to make it open source this way you may also study and contribute to it.
